Transmission SPK for Synology architecture 88f9281 (e.g. DS212j, DS213) and armadaxp (e.g. DS214)

I compiled Transmission from the Synocommunity repository for the Synology-NAS with a Marvell Kirkwood mv6282 (88f6281)  and  Marvell Armada XP (armadaxp) CPU. If you are unsure, check here which CPU model/architecture your Synology-NAS uses.
